Day 2: CAT-W Practice #1

In Class

Write a response to "Hype."  Before you turn your response in, make sure to include the following information on the cover of  your blue book:

• Your full name
• How many minutes you took to respond to "Hype"
• Print Piece #1

Also, I need each of you to place the handout with the reading inside your blue book. This step is essential. Do NOT take the reading home with you!

Homework

1. Read the student responses to "Hype"  and the scorers' evaluation to these responses HERE. Ask a question or make a comment about what you have read in this FORM. (This is will be the second online activity in your Portfolio). 
2. Buy a college dictionary.
