Day 3: Annotating

  1. Using FIREFOX, sign in to your blog.
  2. Help the class brainstorm on Annotation HERE. Class responses HERE.
  3. Read: "How to Do One Thing at a Time" (6).
  4. Check: Annotations for  "How to Do One Thing at a Time"(7).
  5. Discuss: What in the annotations makes sense to you? What would you do differently? Why?
  6. With a partner, annotate "Is Google Making Us Stupid?"(8) using the COMMENT function  HERE
  7. In MSWord, type a brief reflection of what you have learned about annotations that answers the following questions:
  • What did you get from thinking about annotations with the class?
  • What did you get from writing annotations for "Is Google Making Us Stupid?" with your partner?
  • What did you learn about  "Is Google Making Us Stupid?" by annotating it?
  • How may annotating make you a better writer?
    8. Paste your reflection as a COMMENT to this Day 3 post.

HOMEWORK:
  1. Annotate: "I Know the Truth, so Don't Bother Me with Facts"(9).
